Official Contest Rules

By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees as follows:

1. Contest Details. Contest begins on September 6, 2003 and ends at 3:00 am EDT on October 1, 2003. All entries must be received by 3:00 am EDT October 1, 2003. No purchase is necessary to enter. Entries will only be accepted through the official online entry form obtained from the classicsdujour.com website and accessed through a participating radio station website. Entrants must provide all requested information on entry form in order for the entry to be valid.

The contest may be conducted concurrently and simultaneously on several participating websites, and participating sites may change at any time during the Contest.

2. Winner Selection. Prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries which have been properly submitted and received, according to the sweepstakes rules and guidelines. The winner will be selected by random drawing of all eligible entries within fourteen (14) days of the contest end date, and winners will be notified within thirty (30) days of the drawing date. Winner must claime their prize within thirty (30) days of such notification, and failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner at our sole discretion. The return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

3. Prizes. One (1) Grand Prize consisting of one (1) DVD player and one (1) copy of the DVD Live At Wembley Stadium, valued at $200. Nine (9) First Prizes consisting of one (1) copy of the DVD Live At Wembley Stadium, value at $24.99. No substitution, cash redemption or transfer of prizes is permitted, except that Classics du Jour, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value in the event the offered prize becomes unavailable.

4. Eligibility. This sweepstakes is open to all legal US residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, as determined by the Company. This sweepstakes is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. Limit one (1) entry per person and one (1) prize per household. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. If a winner is disqualified, we reserve the right to determine an alternate winner or not to award that winner's prize, in our sole discretion. Employees of Classics du Jour, Inc., Aim Strategies, RadioWebStuff, Inc., and participating radio stations; independent contractors, advertising and promotional agencies involved in the creation, sales, marketing and/or promotion of this product, project or promotion; and all of the affiliates, subsidiaries and immediate family members of each, are not eligible to win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as "in-laws," or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adopton, co-habitation or other family extension, and as any other person residing at the same household whether or not related.

4. Delivery Disclaimer. No responsibility is assumed by Classics du Jour, Inc., Aim Strategies, RadioWebStuff, Inc., participating radio stations, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the creation, sales, marketing and/or promotion of this product, project or promotion; their affiliates or subsidiaries for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, or mutilated entries or for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions of failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, cable lines, the Internet or at any website, lost or unavailable computer or network connections, or technical malfunctions of any kind that may limit an entrant's ability to participate in the contest, and any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the contest.

5. Personal Information. By participating in this contest, all participants and winners grant exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with the promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use. Other than such use, no personal information will be disclosed to any third parties unless the entrant has opted-in to receive further information as described on the entry form

6. Release. By participating in the contest, each participant waives any and all claims of liability against Classics du Jour, Inc., Aim Strategies, RadioWebStuff, Inc., participating radio stations, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the creation, sales, marketing and/or promotion of this product, project or promotion and their respective affiliates or agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the acquisition or use of any prize. Winners may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity in order to receive a prize.

7. Taxes. The value of all prizes is based on available information, and the value of any prize may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Winners are soley responsible for any and all taxes, licenses and other fees that may result from this prize award and agree to hold harmless Classics du Jour, Inc., Aim Strategies, RadioWebStuff, Inc., participating radio stations, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the creation, sales, marketing and/or promotion of this product, project or promotion, and their respective affiliates or agents for all such taxes, licenses and fees.

8. Decisions. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the rules and decisions thereof. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award any prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained unfair advantage, or obtained wiiner status using fraudulent means. We reserve the right to change the rules of the Contest at any time. We will interpret these rules and resolve any conflicts, disputes or ambiguities, and our decisions shall be final. If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or an event outside our control, we reserve the right to terminate the Contest, or make such decisions concerning the outcome as we may deem appropriate. All decisions will be made by us and are final, and we may waive any of these rules in our sole discretion.

9. Miscellaneous. The Contest is void where prohibited. The odds of winning are determined by the number of entries received. All entries become the property of Classics du Jour, Inc. and will not be returned. We disclaim any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Please specifiy the name of the contest you are interested in and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, we reserve the right to seek damages from any such person or persons to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Law. This Contest is governed by the applicable laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, we reserve the right to seek damages from any such person or persons to the fullest extent permitted by law.
